Founded in 2011, ADK is a practical and proactive firm of Chartered Accountants.
Based in Harrogate, we work on behalf of an ever expanding group of clients throughout the UK and Ireland, these include: New start-ups, self-employed individuals, SMEs and high net worth individuals.

MEET THE TEAM
Andrew is a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland . Having trained as a Chartered Accountant in Belfast and completing Tax training secondments in Tunbridge Wells, Andrew decided to set up ADK Accountancy in 2011 in Harrogate. Through his drive and personable nature Andrew has grown the practise year on year since inception. Andrew’s areas of Expertise include the following areas:

Business Start Up
Starting a new business can be an intimidating prospect, at ADK we have many years’ experience in business start-ups and can help you get to grips with the intricate details of running your own business.
One of our specialist areas is tax efficient trading structures and in particular Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs).
LLP’s were a type of trading entity introduced around 12 years ago to enable partners within a general partnership to obtain limited liability for exposure of errors made by other partners. An LLP provides partners with Limited Liability but the profits are distributed the same as general partnerships via the self-assessment arena.
